The Tejara Center Terms & Conditions for Purchases

Please review all information before making a purchase online or in person or by mail with the Tejara Center.

The Tejara Center only accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, check and money orders.  All payments processed in USD currency and rates exclusively.

Please be sure you have read the cancellation, refund and return policies listed before you make your purchase(s) with your credit card.

By making a purchase, you have read and agree to the Tejara Center policies and conditions as stated and will be held to these and not hold Tejara Center or staff liable.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via credit card or check.  There are no cash refunds.  Credit card transactions will be credited to the original card used, refund checks will be mailed for cash or check transactions.  Allow 2 to 4 weeks to process.

Memberships and Services

The Tejara Center does not provide refunds on memberships.

Cancellation of membership renewal (only) must be made in writing and sent into the Tejara Center 30 days prior to membership due date on invoice, or by the anniversary of membership date (whichever is applicable).  Written cancellation of membership must include company name, membership number, person’s name submitting and reason for cancellation of membership.

Room Rental

Due to the high demand of the meeting rooms, we ask that a notice of cancellation be received by Tejara Center staff a minimum of 24 hours prior to scheduled meeting.

Workshop/Events (Single Sessions)

Participant requested withdrawals must be made a minimum of 7 business days prior to the start of the class/workshop to receive a full refund.  Cancellations/withdrawals made after that time are non-refundable.

If a single session workshop/event is canceled by the Tejara Center, those who have registered and paid will receive a full refund.  The Tejara Center reserves the right to modify, withdraw or make substitutions for any announced workshops/events and to change instructors.

Workshop/Events (Multiple Sessions)

Participant requested withdrawals must be made in writing a minimum of 14 business days prior to the start of the class/workshop to receive a full refund.  Any cancellations/withdrawals made after the start of the session are non-refundable.  There will be no refunds for no-shows.

If a multiple session workshop/event is canceled by the Tejara Center, those who have registered and paid will receive a full refund.  The Tejara Center reserves the right to modify, withdraw or make substitutions for any announced workshops/events and to change instructors.
