Topics covered include: benefits of exporting, assessing your readiness, tools for market research, considerations when creating an export plan, financing, risks, basic documentation, and resources available to exporters.

“How to Investigate & Select Overseas Markets”
This seminar introduces users to resources available for research, focusing on globalEDGE and other free and low-cost resources accessible to business persons. This can be conducted partially in a computer lab (or with laptops). Participants will design their own market selection tools based on the company’s product and individual needs.
